Horizon Securities Co., Ltd. was established on December 8, 1961. In 1993 it transferred investment and set up Horizon Securities Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. On July 25, 1996 its stock went listed in OTC market, pioneering in employing domestic electronic brokerage trading system. In 1997 it transferred investment and set up Horizon Securities Futures and brokerage Co.,Ltd. and Horizon Securities Group (Hong kong).
