Huang Hsiang Construction Corporation (Taiwan, China)

Huang Hsiang Construction Corp. was established and registered as Huang Ming Construction Corporation in November 1991. In 1996 the company changed its name to Huang Hsiang Contruction Corporation, and at the same year it was approved by Financial Supervisory Commission as the public company in TSE (Taiwan Stock Exchange). In 1999 both HHE and its subsidiary company passed ISO9002 and HHE stock was traded over the counter as public company. In 2000 HHE was listed on the TSE. Huang Hsiang is principally engaged in the contract construction, distribution and leasing of residential and commercial buildings. The company provides residential buildings, including housings, shops and parking lots; residential and commercial buildings, including housings, shops, offices, shopping malls and parking lots, as well as villas, including housings and shops. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the company obtained approximately 100% of its total revenue from property development, distribution and leasing. The company operates its businesses primarily in Taiwan.
