King Chou Marine Technology Co., Ltd. (Taiwan, China)

The Company was established on December 24, 1973. In April 1978 Mr. Chen Jinfen and others purchased Yu Long Electronic Industrial Co., Ltd.. On December 16 it purchased eight netting machine and yarn twist machine test and began mass production in 1979. In 1986 it set up Banten Factory. In 1990 it had technical cooperation with the United States CASAMAR company to produce large-scale purse-seine. In January 1993,approved by the MOEA Investment Commission, the company commissioned the Hong Kong Xuhong Industrial Co., Ltd.to invest and establish (Mainland) Kunshan Jinzhou Network Co., Ltd. engaged in the production of network products and related services. In August 1998 it went public. In January 2000 it passed the ISO-9002 international standard quality assurance system certification. On November 7 the stock went OTC listed. In January 2001 approved by the MOEA Investment Commission,Kim International Co., Ltd Company's indirectly invested and established (Mainland) Kunshan Kim Chemical Fibre Co., Ltd. dealing with chemical fiber yarn production and related transaction. In November approved by the Ministry of Economic Affairs Investment Commission, Jinzhou Investment Co.,Ltd. indirectly invested and established (Mainland) Quanzhou Jinzhou Marine Science and Technology Co., Ltd. engaged in aquaculture.
