Kingstate Electronics Corp. was established in 1979. In 1993, it obtained ISO-9002 quality certification. In 1996 it established Chi Fung Electronics Factory in Dongguan Dalang. In 2002, it established Dongguan Chi Fung Chi Fung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Zhangjiagang Technology Co., Ltd. In the same year it obtained TL-9000 quality certification and was approved by the Securities and Futures Commission for public offering of stock. In June 2004 it applied for Emerging in stock market.
