The company was established on August 16, 1975. In 1976,it became the distributor of BENDIX analytical instruments and created the Instrument Department. In 1978, it obtained the contracts of five air pollution stations in Kaohsiung. In 1980, it began selling electronic products. In 1984 it became the agency of FISHER products. In 1996, the company set up Programmable Division, Electronics Division, Engineering Department to expand the business. In the same year it set up U.S. Office and bought offices in Taichung. In 1998,it went public and passed the BSI company's ISO9001 certification.
