Established in 1992, Nexcom International Co., Ltd. made IPO in 2000, and was listed in the emerging stock market in 2004 and listed in OTC officially in 2007. In 2007 its annual revenue amounted to about NT$ 1.43 billion, of which ICS accounted for 42% (including SBC SBC, embedded computer EBC, chassis, backplane and its projects) with the main customers including Kontron, NEC, Panasonic and the Tsinghua TongFang, and NSA accounted for 50% (network security hardware platform, blade servers) with the main customers including South Korea's large industrial computer dealer YoiSystem, China's largest network equipment provider Beijing firewall system TOPSEC, German integrated system equipment supplier Astaro and Norway major distributor DataRespons, and other revenues of components and services accounted for 8%. The company’s upstream products include chipset, memory, passive components, printed circuit boards, power supplies and other components. The middle products contain the input and output devices, single board computers and barebones product.
