New Palace Limited was founded by the couple Mr. Ou Youcai and Ou Caidui in 1971 and on July 19, 1993 the company was officially incorporated. In April 1998 New Palace Limited merged with Xifuli Co., Ltd. and changed the name to New Palace Co., Ltd. At the same time the company started to implement standardization of operations, computerization of management and information and strengthen the education and training staff. In November 1999, the company obtained the ISO9002 certification, and approved by the Ministry of Finance, it applied for public offering and issued new shares on July 12, 2000. In January 2002, the company went public in Emerging Stock Market and on January 17, 2003 was officially listed and traded in OTC.
