Formerly known as Pan Asia Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Pan Asia Chemical Corp. was established in April 1982 jointly by Chinese man-made fibers Co., Ltd., Japan Asia EOD Co., Ltd. and Pan Asia Bank. It established its own brand Pan Yue Shi (PANNOX) trademark, and complete validation log by Central Bureau of Standards at the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Pan Asia Bank transferred their shares in 1987 and Japan Asia Co., Ltd. transferred its equity in 1990. In 1996 it obtained ISO-9002 international quality certification. On May 20, 1998, the Company formally went through OTC trading; in 2002 it obtained ISO9001: 2000 international quality certification (NO.4850-1996-AQ- RGC-RvA) through Dutch DNV Company. Its main product is non-ionic surfactants.
