Phoenix Tours International, Inc was founded in April of 1946 and listed in November, 1990. The original name was Asian Tours Agency and it was renamed as Phoenix Tours International, Inc. in 1978. The main services mainly go to personals and groups home and abroad, including touring route arrangements, plane or ship tickets purchasing as well as going through red tapes on behalf of tourists when entrusted by customers. According to statistics to 1995, 30% of the all income is from European routes, 20% from Main land routes and 13% from Northeast Asia Routes. The biggest source of its customers is IATA plane ticket service centers and air and shipping companies( including COATACRUISE) as well as the local travel agencies in destined countries, including GTA、KUON and so on. The whole Director Board holds 26% of all shares and the directors are from the family of Zhang Jinmin.
