In 1973 the company was registered in Man Cheong Street, Taipei City, with the capital of NT$ 1,000 thousand. In 1986, it started technology transfer and OEM cooperation with YAMAHA.; In 1992 its stocks went public. In 2001 and 2002, it successfully developed PAA1-type and PAA2-type RTA Spectrum Analyzer respectively. Besides, it developed speakers for the stage, including the P450, P550, PA450, PA550, and other new models. Its plans to develop the new products: 1. Mixer: MU Series (built-in universal power supply); 2 mixer amplifier: Outdoor POWERPOD; 3. Power Amplifier: ULP series; 4 speakers: plastic horn for the stage and monitoring speakers for studio; 5 Signal Processor: small-type signal processors, digital signal processor and TUBE-type signal processor; 6 Others: Karaoke machine; all-digital audio products and CDPLAYER for DJ.
