It issued its stock on Oc. 4, 2010 and landed on GreTai on Nov. 1, 2010. 2. Business class and background: A. main controllers are Guochan Industrial. Of the 5 directors and 2 supervisors, they mostly legal persons of Guochan Industrial, such as Chen Qiu Lan and Lin Xin Zhi. Supervisors are Huang Gui Mei (Legal Person of Xin Lan Investment) and Zhang Ming Ji. B. There are other shareholders who are mostly the members of the Zhang’s family, such as Zhang Zhong Zhou and Zhang Yu Zhi. 3.
