Shuang-Bang Industrial Corp. was founded in November 1989, with the capital of NT $ 80,000 thousand, engaging in the manufacturing of PU resin coating, synthetic leather cross-linking agent, polyol polyester resin, etc.. In1992, Nangang Industrial Park established the first factory to produce high-quality PU soles, insert, insole for NIKE, REEBOK, FILA, PUMA, ADIDAS, CONVERSE, AVIA, etc. In 1993 it set up R & D centers, introducing high-functioning PU resin, and developing successfully breathable waterproof coating. In 1995, it cooperated with Japan to produce high-quality synthetic leather PU resin. In 1996, it developed three-layer cloth processing technology and expanded the production line of breathable waterproof coating lamination. It started to research special chemicals in 1997 and to produce in 1998. Meantime in 1998 it obtained ISO-9002 quality certification. In 2000, it added a production line for PU breathable waterproof and direct coating, two production lines for special chemicals and a pilot plant. In 2001, it added one production line for PU breathable waterproof cloth wet coating, and obtained ISO-9001 quality certification.
