Sung Gang Asset Management Corp. Limited was established in April 1997, engaging in the trading of computer books and of No.13 computer Floor 4 offices. In May 2000 its stock went public. In May 2001, it reinvested in Jin Kui Corp. and KingsInformationCo., Ltd. (BVI) Holdings. In February 2002 it acquired computer books and commercial software sales agent department from Songgang Computer Inc. In 2007, its Hong Kong subsidiary Wenkui Information Co., Ltd. was established, broadening its books of the Chinese information market. In January 2003 its stock was allowed for listing in OTC market.
