Tex Year Industries Inc. (Taiwan, China)

On June 28, 1976, Tex Year Industries Inc. was established with its precessessors being Tex Trade Co., Ltd., which was once restructured to Tex Chemicals Co., Ltd. in 1979 and Deyuan Trade Co., Ltd., both engaging in the import and sale of adhesives. In 1982 Tex Year Industries Inc. was dedicated to the developing, manufacturing and sales of hot melt adhesives. In 1993 it expanded its Appliance Section to Department of Appliance, and developed laminators and glue-binding machines. In 1996 its Guanyinshan Chemical Factory obtained ISO-9002 quality certification. In 1998, it absorbed oil pressure-sensitive hot melt technology from Japan Matsumura, supplying glue used in sanitary products such as diapers and sanitary napkin. In the same year it transferred to invest TEXYEAR (HK) LTD. In July 1999 it was approved for public offering of the company stock. In 2000, all its self-made and imported products obtained ISO-9001 certification. In 2001, its stock went listed for OTC trading; it cooperated with Japan Matsumura Petroleum and set up factories in Wuxi National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone.
