The Company was established on May 15, 1996. its main businesses are as agents to sell integrated circuit components, to sell and install test equipments, and to test integrated circuits. In October 1997 Securities and Exchange Commission approved its public offering of stock. In November 1997 it obtained ISO9002 certification. On October 31, 2000 ,its stock went on OTC trading. In February 2001 it obtained QS9000 certification. Main investee companies: 1. Hsinchu Science and Technology Electronics Co., Ltd.; 2 high-tech investment in China Development Corporation.
