Registered and established in 1987 as Tifu pharmaceutical companies, Tien Liang Biotech Co., Ltd. went through IPO in July 2001. The company had herbal medicine, food, western medicine and cosmetics as its original products. In September 2000, it obtained 100% equity interest of Hecheng chemical and pharmaceutical becoming the master in the western source. In 2001 it set up food plants, engaging in the research and development of health food, oral liquid and medicine tea. Besides, it branched out into biotechnology collar base.
