Hezheng Technology was established in 1991 beginning with the production of the multi-layer laminated substrate. In 1995 it dealt with the production of the upper stream raw materials, including glass fiber film and CCL.In 1997 the company went public. In 1999 it went listed as the first professional foundry traded in the film from the glass fiber, copper foil substrate to the inner layer, dry film to the pressure synthetic film. It belongs to the PCB industry covering the multi-layer laminated substrate, CCL and glass fiber film. The following products are developed in recent years, including special material (drill with cooling aluminum),eco-friendly materials (lead-free halogen-free, High TG temperature).
