The company was established in November 1991 in Yangmei. In March 1994, it was re-structured and re-named Precision Industrial Co.,Ltd.. In August 1994 it transformed to deal with aluminium forging company, forging die design and manufacturing and bicycle parts, defence industry parts production. In January 1996,it added special aluminium refining, completed aluminium alloy forging tube and began producing auto parts. In November 1997 it re-invested in Hong Kong Hengtai Ltd. In July 1998 it developed the seamless pipe with Extrusion Plant. The bicycle anti-vibration device was put into market. In June 2000 it re-invested in the mainland Guangzhou Accurate Carbide Technology Co., Ltd.. In April 2001 it re-invested in the mainland Shenzhen Jingjiu Wang Machinery (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. On July 18, 2001, the company went public. On June 13,it went listed.
