On May 5,1977 Mr. Huang Jin initiated the establishment of the company. He is responsible for Xintai Business Community,which was famous for producing Mimi A hair powder.It created the "Meike can" brand and dealt with Meike can shampoo. In 1982, the new "Beier Li" brand was created. The company began the sales of Beier Li Pearl perfume facial cleanser. The first "Saponification Facial Cleaner" products were created. In 1984 the company introduced Beier Li shampoo, Beier Li cleansing cream, nourishing cream and other senior care cosmetics products. In 1986 it implemented the full quality (TWQC) activities. Meike can wave shampoo was put into production and sales. In 1988 Lukang medicated cosmetics production plant was awarded the GMP pharmaceutical factory certification. In 1991, it became the import agent of Japan REAL perm solution and the United States COSMO perfume sales. In 1992 the company went public. In 1993 it developed and produced color cosmetic products. In October 1995 it went log emerged. On October 4,1996 it went listed.
