In December 1998 it obtained American UL product safety certification. In July 1999 it went through the public offering of stock. In December 1999, its Hot Technology Management Division obtained ISO9001 quality assurance certification through technical monitoring consultant TüV Rheinland Taiwan Co., Ltd.(TUV). In December 2002, it approved to be an OTC Emerging company.
