Agroholding Avangard PAT (Ukraine)

Agroholding Avangard PAT is a Ukrainian agro-industrial company specializing in the production of eggs and egg products. It is a vertically integrated business that covers the entire production cycle, from feed mills, hatcheries, rearing farms, and laying hen farms to long-term storage facilities, an egg processing plant called "Imperovo Foods," and a biogas plant. Avangard PAT has modern production facilities throughout Ukraine, with its headquarters located in Kyiv. The company houses one of the largest laying hen populations in Europe. In the local market, Avangard PAT sells its products through supermarket chains, retail stores, wholesale customers, and industrial clients across Ukraine. The company also sells eggs under the brand name "Kvochka." Avangard PAT is the largest exporter of eggs and dried egg products in Ukraine, selling its products to over 40 countries worldwide, primarily in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the CIS countries, and the EU. The company adheres to high-quality standards and implements a wide range of biosecurity measures. Since May 2010, Avangard PAT's shares in the form of Global Depositary Receipts have been traded on the London Stock Exchange.
