Allow me to introduce to you the Chasov-Yar Refractory Plant AT, which is the pioneer in the production of refractories in Ukraine. The establishment of the company was driven by the presence of unique clay deposits and the convenient geographical location of consumers. The refractory clays from the Chasov-Yar deposit are a priceless gift of nature, characterized by high refractoriness, fine dispersion, plasticity, binding ability, and low firing temperature. The molding sands are materials prepared by nature itself for the technology of manufacturing casting molds. Their effectiveness is determined by the specificity and stability of the mineral composition that makes up the sand. Over its more than a century-long history, the plant has become one of the largest producers of a wide range of refractory products in Ukraine and the CIS. For industrial and civil construction, the plant produces light beige ceramic facing and ordinary bricks. The ceramic bricks from the Chasov-Yar Refractory Plant are reliable construction materials made from completely natural and environmentally friendly materials (refractory and high-melting clays from the Chasiv Yar deposit are used in the production process), which is confirmed by sanitary-epidemiological conclusions of Ukraine and the Russian Federation. The extensive experience of highly qualified personnel and globally supported good traditions allow for the constant improvement of technological processes and the production of high-quality refractory products and materials. The plant uses selective mining methods to extract unique types of clays and molding sands, expanding their range based on customer needs. Among the first, we develop and implement new types of products and technologies in production. With a constantly expanding circle of consumers, we set ourselves the task not only of maintaining our positions in the already developed markets but also of actively entering new ones.
