In 1997, the corporation "Poznyakyzhylbud" built and put into operation the first house on the investment program "Warm House". As part of this program only brick house of high thermal and sound insulation characteristics are built. In 1998 "Poznyakyzhylbud" for the first time applied cast-frame technology in the construction of houses, which allowed to move to the housing of the new quality.
