The company also designs digital solutions; and provides IT support, as well as shipboard support services for IT and OT applications enablement. Its digital platform includes Just A Really Very Intelligent System (JARVISS) platform that support integrated solutions, asset optimization, and delivery of secured critical applications; and portfolio of digital solutions consist of V.Suite solutions, such as V.SIGHT AI camera surveillance, V.SION AR smart glasses, V.IoT shipboard monitoring and analytics, V.SECURE cybersecurity, and V.WEATHER route optimization, as well as an ERP system, including future ready intelligent digital assistant system (FRIDAY).

2023 The Company is incorporated in the Cayman Islands on August 21, 2023 under the Companies Act as an exempted company with limited liability.
2025 The Company has been approved for listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “IOTR”. on April 10, 2025
