The company was created in 1957. At the moment it is the main exporter of aluminum profiles and flexible packages. More than half of its production is exported to the United States, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. For half a century, Aluminios Del Uruguay S.A. is a leader in the market. Its production plant located in Montevideo occupies a built surface of 20,000 square meters, destined to factory, laboratories, administration, sales and showroom. The annual production is around the 5,000 tons.
