Uruware S.A.S. is a Uruguayan company founded in 2007 and headquartered in Montevideo. Additionally, Uruware has achieved ISO 27001 certification, ensuring high standards in information security management. In July 2023, Uruware was acquired by Vesta Software Group, a subsidiary of Jonas Software. This acquisition marks Vesta's fifth investment in Uruguay and strengthens its expansion strategy in Latin America.
