Uzagroeksportbank was established on 24 January 2017.
The legal assress of the Bank s head office: 79A, Amir Temur Street, Tshkent, Uzbekistan.
Uzagroexportbank will attract resources to finance investment projects on developing production and export of agri-industrial products, including fruits and vegetables.
“Uzagroeksport” JSC together with the Russian wholesale food company “MARKA FOOD” established Trading House “MARKA FOOD UZAGRO” in Moscow, on October 13, 2016
Bank have been listed in stock exchange on 09 October 2019.
Shareholders of Uzagroexportbank at the Aug 10 shareholder meeting approved the change of the bank s name and rebranding. The bank's name has been changed to AVO Bank. While, the maximum amount of declared bank shares has been raised to 200 billion ordinary shares worth 20 soums each.
