The Company was established in 1975
1.The main purpose of the Society s activities: to receive income from the activities specified in the Charter and to provide medical and preventive services to the population.The main areas of the Society s activities are as follows:
-Providing medical services in the sanatorium in the specialties of neurology, gynecology, therapy, cardiology, psychotherapy, endocrinology, gastroenterology, dietology, balneology, urology, physiotherapy, endoscopy (EFGDS), therapeutic dentistry, ultrasound diagnostics and clinical laboratory diagnostics;
-Organizing treatment for sanatorium guests at the level of modern requirements and within the framework of the achievements of medical sciences, based on the requirements of the approved diagnostic and therapeutic complex;
-Conducting medical examinations and laboratory tests for guests who do not have a resort card;
-organize the preparation of nutritious and dietary meals for patients and vacationers, taking into account the type of disease;
-provide additional paid medical and household services to the population that are not included in the cost of admission;
-carry out trade and trade-intermediary activities;
-provide advisory assistance to vacationers in the sanatorium by involving employees of scientific research institutes;
-carry out foreign economic relations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
2.Engage in activities requiring licensing is carried out after obtaining a license. The company carries out all types of economic activities that are not prohibited by the current legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, consistent with the goals of the company.
3.The company s activities requiring a special permit (license) are carried out in accordance with the procedure established by law.
