The Company is a refinancing credit institution in the form of a joint stock company. The Company was established by the Ministry of Finance in November 14, 2019 in accordance with Presidential Decree No. UP-5715 dated May 13, 2019, as a mechanism to ensure mortgage liquidity to solve the problem of long-term financing in the banking sector.
The company is registered in the republic of uzbekistan to carry out activities on refinancing mortgage loans in accordance with the decisions of the banking control committee of the central bank of uzbekistan
The company is a commercial organization , the main purpose of which is the distribution of long term resources by refinancing mortgage loans received from bank and other credit institutions
The company was listed on Tashkent Republican Stock Exchange on 8-8-2024
