1996 year
“ALSKOM” Insurance Company created by organizations and enterprises of Ministry of Communication of Uzbekistan in the form of Public Limited Company.
The Company was registered and became a member of the Chamber of Commodity Producers and Entrepreneurs.
1997 year
Providing wide range of insurance services to its customers, the Company occupied the position of a universal Insurer.
Established cooperation with national insurance companies for distribution of risks on reinsurance.
1998 year
Uzbek-Russian Joint Insurance Company “ALSKOM” was listed in State registration in Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan and was given certificate series MV 001 № 000009.
1999 year
Started relations on implication of reinsurance and retrocessional operations with leading Open joint-stock Russian Insurance Company “INTERROS-SOGLASIE.”(now Open joint-stock Company “SOGLASIE”).
2000 year
The Company registered in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan as a member of foreign economic activity.
2001 year
Official Presentation of Uzbek-Russian JV Insurance Company took place, made on the basis of “ALSKOM” Insurance Company with Insurance Company “Interros-Soglasie” Ltd. (Russian Federation).
2002 year
Uzbek-Russian Joint-Stock Insurance Company “ALSKOM” was listed in State registration in Department of Justice of Uzbekistan. (Certificate №109).
Official web site of the Company was established on the internet.
2003 year
The Company obtained the license of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan Series № SF 00020 and № 00026 conferred the right to conduct insurance services.
Big businesses from the banking, insurance and the infocommunications sphere became Company's shareholders. The company has won several tenders in insurance market.
2004 year
The Company opened Central, Navoi, Eastern, Samarkand and Bukhara representative offices.
2005 year
The Company for the first time between nongovernmental insurance companies implemented an active reinsurance, taking over reinsurance risk of the large Russian insurer.
The Company was given a rating “UzbB+ - acceptable reliability level” by “SAIPRO” Design and Engineering Company.
The Company received a license of Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan on implementation of obligatory insurance. Through the subjects of sphere of Communication and Information new project on implementation of insurance services was applied.
The Company opened its regional representative office in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
Launched joint project with “Uzbekiston Pochtasi” Plc. on realization of individual insurance policies from accidents.
With scientific-technical and marketing research center started a research on development of complex insurance products of informational risks.
2006 year
“SAIPRO” rating agency estimated the performance of the Company as rapid developing in Uzbek market and raised its rating to “Uzb++ - satisfactory reliability level”
Company took the first place on rate of growth of insurance premium between insurance companies of Uzbekistan.
First time in its history the Company reached one billion levels in terms of amount of collected insurance premiums.
The Company became a member of memorandum of aviation insurance (reinsurance) of Russian Federation. In collaboration with Ukrainian insurance company “Energopolis” JSIC, established relations between Uzbekistan and the Ukraine as development stimulus of trade-economic relations between subjects of two countries.
The Company became the member of IT Association of Uzbekistan.
2007 year
Company became a member of «NAUR>>-National Association of Members of Equity Market and Association of professional members of insurance market of Uzbekistan.
New innovative insurance projects have been applied for accidents of users of universal and Internet card of “UzNet” SC ”Uzbektelekom.”
Opened representative offices in Tashkent, Fergana, Jizzakh, Kashkadarya, Namangan and Syrdarya regions.
Opened branches in cities Kokand, Ghijduvan, Kattakurgan, in Amudarya district and two agential centers in Tashkent.
Changed the order of IPO implementation, through the serial production of additional emissions in the limit of authorized shares.
Made a contract of obligatory insurance with “ROSNO” Plc, one of leading Russian insurance companies.
Enlarged the staff of partners on the facultative reinsurance, particularly the facultative reinsurance contracts with such local insurance companies as PJSIC «Kafolat>>, IIC «Ishonch>>, «Kafil Sug urta>> IC and «Inter-Tesko>> IC and with foreign insurance companies “Eurasia”(Kazakhstan) and “Vostochnaya perestraxovochnaya kompaniya” (Russian Federation)
Company took the sixth place for collected insurance premiums between insurance Companies of Uzbekistan
In total of 2007 the Company was given public awards “Leader for dynamics of insurance activity development” and “The Leading Insurance Company”

2008 year
In the structure of the Company established a subsidiary «ALSKOM TRANS SERVIS>>, operating in the area of freight forwarding and other services.
The company has started obligatory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners, introduced in October 22, 2008 in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Extended functions of the regional network companies, all regional offices converted into branches, with the transfer of authority to review insured accidents and implementation of insurance payments.
Automated system of insurance accounting, a single database with a remote connection of all regional offices.
The rating agency «SAIPRO>> enhanced reliability rating from «uzB + +>> to «uzA - high financial reliability>>.
In totals of rating assessments of the Company activity rating agency «Prime Rating>> assigned a reliability rating at “A - a high level of reliability”.
Company has been awarded the prize for Best stand in the social sphere at the annual national exhibition of information technologies ICTExpo 2008.
The company has organized an annual competition with cash awards at the Tashkent Financial Institute among undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in the direction Insurance business on the nominations best thesis , Best Master s thesis and Best insurance product.
The company first among CIS countries finalized and launched a comprehensive information risk insurance, which provides economic protection of information systems in case of realization of threats of information risks.
According to the analysis of rating agency «SAIPRO>>, company in 2008, won the 7-position in the volume of collected premiums and the 10-position in terms of insurance payments made in a list of leading insurance companies of Uzbekistan.
2009 year
Authorized fund of the Company constituted 2.4 mln. Euros.
Company started implementing obligatory insurance of civil liabilities of employer, put into operation from 18 October 2009 in accordance with legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Started implementation of insurance against accidents of newly connected subscribers to branch office “Uzmobile” JSC “Uzbektelekom”.
Company took 5th place for number of realized obligatory insurance policies of civil liabilities of vehicle owners.

2010 year
According to data of the State insurance supervision, following the results of 2010 year, the Company took the ninth place in the list of leaders of the insurance market of Uzbekistan on gathering of insurance premiums. Despite increase in quantity of the insurance organisations and competition toughening in the market the Company kept relative density on gathering of insurance premiums in the insurance market which made 4,1 .
The company pays special attention to development and expansion of a regional network. In 2010 4 new branches in country regions have been opened.
This year information-rating agency SAIPRO handed award to the assistant of the general director of the Company «The best expert of participant of the insurance market>>.
2011 year
Company developed and realised such insurance products as, insurance of a civil liability of realtors, insurance of passengers also accidential insurance of sportsmen and people having a rest in sanatoriums and rest houses, insurance of losses upon a break in manufacture.
7 branches in particular in a countryside were opened. From them three branches were opened in Fergana area, one branch in Andijan, Kashkadarya, Samarkand and Tashkent regions.
For increasing degree of service to clients, creations an additional services were put in operation own office buildings of Karakalpak and Andijan branches of the Company.
Information-rating agency SAIPRO had raised a rating of financial reliability of the Company to level uzA + (very high financial reliability).
2012 year
Insurance Company ALSKOM had received the licence of the Ministry of finance of Republic of Uzbekistan for insurance for a case of illness and proposed services of voluntary medical insurance (VMI).
In “Year of a family” the Company offered new products on insurance of a newly-married couple and families from accidents – “Baht”, “Kadrdonlarim” and insurance of habitation upon a damage – “Mulkdor”.
15 new branches in country regions have been opened. In particular, three branches were created in Tashkent city and in Jizzak area, two branches in Republic of Karakalpakistan, in Andijan, Kashkadarya areas, one branch in the Namangan, Samarkand and Fergana areas. Surkhandarya branch was provided by own office building.
On purpose of capitalisation the Company begun placing of 9-issue of actions on 1 billion sum.
