The Company specializes in mining coal, ore, oil and natural gas.
The Company was founded in 1996, operating under the business license registration No. 0100511368 by Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Giang Province on September 16, 2011. Headquarters: 242 Goc Gao Village, Cam Dan Commune , Son Dong District, Bac Giang Province.
THE MAIN BUSINESS:
- Exploitation of bauxite, copper, lead, zinc and tin.
- Exploitation of natural gas;
- Extraction of crude petroleum;
- Manufacture of basic chemicals;
- Production of concrete and products from cement and gypsum;
- Wholesale material, other equipment installed in the building
- Production of building materials from clay
- Production of consumer electronics items
- Construction of public works;
- Construction of civil engineering: bridges, culverts, channels and stations;
- Wholesale of agricultural and forestry raw materials (except wood, bamboo) and live animals (except those prohibited by the State);
- Wholesale of metals and metal ores;
- Exploiting and collecting lignite, hard coal;
- Manufacture of refined petroleum products;
- Manufacture of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds;
- Restaurant and mobile food services (not including bars, karaoke rooms, dance halls);

HISTORY:
1996: The forerunner of the Company s Tam Cuong Co., Ltd was established February 15, 1996.
2011: The Company officially converted into A Cuong Mineral Group Joint Stock Company on September 16, 2011.
2022: The Company s shares were delisted from Hanoi stock exchange since 8 July, 2022 and relisted on Upcom since Jul 19, 2022
