Established in Apr 2019, ACTR Company Limited is an all steel radial tires manufacturing factory. It is a joint venture between Sailun Group (China) and Cooper Group (USA). The project covers an area of 16.4 hectares with a total investment of USD 280 million, annual output reaches 2.4 million all steel radial tires. The factory went into trial operation at the end of 2019 and commercial level in early 2020. According to our research, its production lines are imported mainly from China besides Germany, Italy, and Japan markets. Meanwhile, raw materials and chemicals are mainly purchased from the domestic market and imported from China.Since 2021, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company completed the Cooper Tire's acquisition. As part of the above purchase, Goodyear acquired a 35% equity interest in the subject.
