Established in 2009 in Hai Phong City, the subject engages in some business activities including domestic and international transport of goods by sea, ship leasing service, and crew management and supply. For transport activity, the subject focuses on shipping bulk (iron and steel, clinker, coal, wood chip…), agricultural products (rice, animal feed, wheat, fertilizer…), and super-weight items.According to our investigation, the subject now owns the general cargo ship named AN HAI KELSEY with a tonnage of 5,175.5 tons, which is built in 2013 by VUHATTUONG JOINT STOCKS COMPANY in Hai Duong province; the bulk carrier named AN HAI VINCENT with a tonnage of 30,634 tons, built in 2007 by Cochin Shiyard Ltd (India).Financially, the total sales skyrocketed to VND 248.8 billion in 2021 after a slight increase in the previous years. Profit after tax was significant with VND 3.1 billion but came from other income, not the core business. The subject increased investment capital and largely expanded its assets last year. However, liabilities were the main resource and liquidity conditions were not high.
