The size of assets quickly expanded to VND 1,250 billion as of 31 Dec 2022. Net sales increased 26% compared to 2021, reaching approximately VND 6.5 trillion. However, a high increase in the costs of goods sold caused profit to be negative. The financial structure was less safe when liabilities financed 86% of resources at the year-end of 2022. High liabilities also made liquidity ratios to be low. Payment capacity in the short term was limited.
