The subject is an extremely large foreign invested company, which was set up in 2014 in Tien Giang Province. The main business activities of the subject are known as manufacturing and processing footwear for the brand of Adidas. The subject normally imports the input materials from countries under the designation of Adidas. Although the biggest customer of the subject is known as Tien Tai Footwear Ltd in British Virgin Islands, the finished products are finally exported to Hong Kong.The workshops at Lot 71A, 72A,78A, 79, 102, 103A have run into stable operation and production. Meanwhile, the workshops at Lot 127B, 128A, 128B, 128C are still under construction process. They are planned to accomplish and put into production at the end of September 2022. Thus, the business result of the subject is expected to improve much, and the total production capability continues expanding in 2022 as revealed by Ms. Duyen - General Accountant.The subject obtained a remarkable growth rate of net sales with 43.87% in 2020, mainly thanks to the accomplishment of expanded workshops at Lot 102, 103A which has been put into production since 2020. They increased the production capability of the subject in general. In 2021 with the negative influences from Covid-19 Pandemic, the subject reached lower growth rate of net sales with 10.19% as explained by Ms. Duyen - General Accountant.
