1962: Establishment of Pharmaceutical Factory 150 (COPHAVINA) on 20/10/1962.
1969: Establishment of Medical Equipment Factory130 (MEF) on 15/7/1969.
1973: Establishment Pharmaceutical Factory 120 (APHARMA) on 1/5/1973.
1996: Establishment of Army pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Company through merging three factories namely: Pharmaceutical Factory 150 (COPHAVINA), Medical Equipment Factory130 (MEF), and Pharmaceutical Factory 120 (APHARMA) on 1996-17-04.
Establishment of VIHANMEDICO Joint Venture Company with Korea partner on 17/06/1996 and specialized in manufacturing single- used syringe.
2005: Pharmaceutical Factory 150 credited certificates of GMP-GLP-GSP, ASEAN. Upgraded WHO Certification to March 2010
2008: Pharmaceutical Factory 120 credited with certificate of GMP – WHO.
2010:Transformed into ARMEPHACO Joint Stock Company on 23/06/2010 and officially operated under the model of a joint stock company in 1 July 2010.
From June 2010 to December 2010, establishment of six branches in Hai Phong, Da Nang, Gia Lai, Can Tho, Hochiminh branch No.2, 2 centers of Maintenance Service Center, Training Center; 3 sales offices No. 1, 2,3,5, 6, 8 and one representative office in Ho Chi Minh city.
2011: Co-established Five Good Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company on 25/3/2011, specializing in distributing pharmaceutical products nationwide.
