Then it became to a whole subsidiary of Vietnam Bank For Agriculture And Rural Development - Agribank in 2003 and equitized to a joint stock company in 2007. In Apr 2018, Agribank withdrew all its shares from the subject. At the end of 2019, its name was changed to ASEAN JEWELRY JOINT STOCK COMPANY as the current one.
