Atad Steel Structure Corporation (Vietnam)

The subject has existed in this industry for 20 years. Therefore, it is a sustainable partner of leading contractors, consultants and investors in Vietnam and the world from Japan, South Korea, USA and EU such as construction contractor (Shimizu, Hazama Ando…) construction consultancy (Haskoning, Toyo…) and owners (Vingroup, Samsung…).Its vision is to become the leading steel structure and pre-engineered buildings corporation in terms of revenue, system quality, products, and services in Southeast Asia in 2025 while its mission is to provide products and services that meet its customers' expectations to bring prosperity and sustainable development for Customers, Employees, Partners, Shareholders, and Suppliers. From mission and vision, we can see that pre-engineered buildings and steel structure are key product categorization of the company. In addition, it wants to compete with rivals through quality/product and its market is Southeast Asia and its vision achieved expected to be in 2025.For example, it has implemented more than 3,500 steel buildings across 40 countries and territories with a network of 11 companies and representative offices in Myanmar, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Uganda, etc. We can see that in 2015, it changed name to “ATAD Steel Structure Corporation”; and later, in 2015, it has expanded through inauguration of ATAD Dong Nai in 2017. In addition, it has signed comprehensive co-operation agreement with universities (see detail in commentary below).For ATAD group, although on the media search, the ATAD group operates in two main areas including pre-engineered steel and rooftop solar power, most of the related companies' type of business is joint stock Company with founders who are Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dong and Mr. Nguyen Le Anh Tuan and other investors. Therefore, we cannot find out ultimate individual or institutional investor. Kanematsu Corporation is its strategic investor.
