The subject is a pasteurized eggs and poultry meat producer. Its major products consist of eggs, chicken, processed food (chicken sausages, flans and other ready-to-eat chicken products). In Feb 2018, Singapore's Hawke Investment Pte Ltd under VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Ltd (VOF) owned 33.77% of the company. In Oct 2018, all shares of this shareholder were transferred, resulting in an increase in the stake holding of domestic shareholders in the company from 66.2% to 83.6% of which Ms. Pham Thi Huan owned 64%. However, the latest registration license does not update current shareholders and we could not confirm it.The subject's factories maintained its production by applying regulation 3 on the spot (produce, eat, and stay on the spot) during the period of social distancing. Most of its officers are worked from home. Only 20 officers of the subject are worked at its office. Its operation has returned to normal since Oct 2021. According to the staff (HR Department), total labor force decreased to 550 employees due to the covid19 epidemic. The subject plans to recruit more employees in the coming time.
