The subject specializes in the field of trade construction materials and wine. It was established in 2009 in Ha Noi City. Currently, the subject operates under the charter capital of VND 12 billion and the below shareholder list is updated from the subject's staff.In the interview with the subject's staff, we are revealed that the subject's business operation has been also affected by the pandemic. It had to temporarily stop operation when the Ha Noi Authority applied the directives about social distancing in the period from April to May 2020 and the period from July to late September 2021. In those periods, the subject could not distribute construction materials to projects and most of the employees had to work from home.However, the below financial data still showed that the subject's total sales boomed in 2020 with VND 234,706,998,667, which increased from VND 109,978,255,958 in 2019. Unfortunately, we could not clarify the reason for this boom. The subject continued to report losses due to so high operating expenses, especially the administrative overheads. Generally, the subject's self-funded capacity was not high.
