In Dec 2019, the founder - CEO TRAN THANH HAI left unexpectedly the CEO position. According to media information, just one day after the information of CEO TRAN THANH HAI left the hot seat of “be Group”, the subject continued to shock when it decided to lay off hundreds of employees, equivalent to 40 % of total company personnel. At present, Mr. TRAN THANH HAI is the mentor of subject.
