1968: Bien Hoa Electricity Pole Factory was established with the products of precast concrete and centrifugal concrete pole;
1975: It was belonged to Construction Company No. 8 (current name: Construction Company No. 1) and renamed as Bien Hoa Electricity Pole Concrete Factory;
1993: According to Decision No 068/BXD of Ministry of Construction, it was renamed as Concrete Company belonging to Construction company No.1;
1998: According to Decision No.1047/QD-ttg on November 18th, 1998 by the Prime Minister, Concrete Company are allowed equitisation.
2000: From January 01st, 2000, Concrete Company officially changed sanng activities following in the form of joint stock company under the name Bien Hoa Concrete joint stock company.
2009: The Company s shares are listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange, stock code BHC . First trading date May 15, 2009.
2014: The Company s shares were officially delisted from May 26, 2014.
2015: The Company s shares were re-listed on Upcom under the symbol BHC
