In which, the industrial works are the company's strengths such as factory, warehouse, showroom, shipyard, cold storage, feed mill, aviation terminal, infrastructure and MEP work. Some of typical projects of the subject are Marvel Garment project, C.P Ca Mau factory, Worldon Vietnam factory and warehouse group, Nice Apparel factory and office group, etc. Currently, besides the head office in Ho Chi Minh City and a branch in Ha Noi City, this company also expands facilities with 2 offices in Cambodia and Myanmar.  In the first 6 months of 2023, the growth rate of the construction industry increased by 4.74% compared to the same period in 2022, higher than the overall GDP growth rate of the country. Notably, although the growth rate of the entire construction industry increased, the growth rate of real estate business activities in the first 6 months of the year decreased by 0.82% compared to the same period last year. The real estate market continues to be quiet. This caused a negative impact on the construction contractors when the projects were stopped suddenly and they could not collect money from investors. Though some commercial banks have reduced lending interest rates, activity in the real estate market has not yet returned to excitement.
