Some of the major projects of the subject are Bw Logistics & Industrial Development Thoi Hoa, Happy One Central Apartment, Becamex Tokyu – Haruka 1def Low-Rise House Area, Gateway Thao Dien Apartment, West Lakes Golf & Villas, etc. Some customers are Vingroup, Tokyu Corporation, SSG Group, REE Corporation, Van Xuan Group, Masterise Group, TTC, Sonkim Land, Thegioididong, Nam Long, etc.Currently, the company is completing 1,500 apartments in The Masteri Center Point Project. On April 25, 2023, the company held a groundbreaking ceremony for project named Water Point Campus - Emasi Plus International School. In June 2023, the company won the bid for Dewey International School Gia Lam project of Toshin Group (Japan).Mr. Tran Quang Tuan is key manager as well as a largest shareholder having experience in management and administration with 27 years experience in this industry (including 8 years in Coteccon). He is considered as an expert in the field of construction management of high-rise buildings, decisiveness in work, good negotiation ability.
