History of formation and development:
- Precursor of the Company is Coal mining team No. 1 was established in June 1996 under the North East Company
- On April 12, 1997, Coal mining enterprise 397 was established under the Decision No. 179 QD-DB dated 12 April 1997 of the North East Company.
- On February 7, 1998, the Minister of Defense signed the Decision No. 148 / QD-BQP on the establishment of the 397 Enterprise under the Dong Bac Company - General Department of Defense Industry.
- On August 24, 2010, the model was changed from 397 Enterprise to 397 One Member Company Limited
- On April, 10, 2018: officially operated as a joint stock company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 5701435907 issued by Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Ninh province for the first time on 2010-25-10, changed 4th on April 10, 2018
- On October, 29, 2018: the first trading day on UPCoM stock exchange with stock code BCB.
- On May 20, 2020: The Business Registration Office - Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Ninh Province issued a business registration certificate to change its head office: Yen Lang 1 Area, Yen Tho ward, Dong Trieu town, Quang Ninh province.
