2000: The precursor of the company s business units Economic Zone My Thuan ferry. After that transformed into state-owned enterprises public utility under Decision No.317/2000 / QD / TCCB-LD on Feb., 15th 2000 of the Ministry of Transport, under Zone Road Management VII - Vietnam Road Administration.
2007: Company merged Company Management status quo and repair 716 roads in under Decision No. 3928 / QD-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport issued on Dec., 12th, 2007.

According to Decision No. 3679 / QD / 2009-12-08 BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport, The company officially converted into Company Ltd. Management and Repair 715 bridge.

2011: Company as the unit was transferred to a member of the Corporation for Investment and Development and management of transportation infrastructure projects Mekong in Decision No. 1629 / QD-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport issued on Jul., 22th, 2011
2014: According to Decision No. 4130 / QD-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport issued on Oct., 30th, 2014 download approving the plan and transfer Management Company Limited and bridge repair 715 lines of corporations Investment and Management Development of transport infrastructure projects Nine Long a joint stock company, and Decision No. 5044 / QD-BGTVT of the Ministry isued on Dec., 30th, 2014
2015: Transport for the structural adjustment of the charter capital of JSC 715. Company share finished the auction of shares to the public for the first time and held the Congress Shareholders on Jan., 17th, 2015 for the first time.
On Jan., 27th 2015 the Company has been the Department of Planning and Investment granted Vinh Long Province business registration certificate JSC. The company officially changed to the model of joint stock company under the name: Joint Stock Company 715 from Jan., 28th, 2015, chartered capital of VND 27.5 billion. From the day turned into a joint stock company to now Unrealized Company increased its chartered capital.
On Jul., 15th 2015 the Company became a public company in accordance with Document No. 4464 / UBCK-QLPH of the State Securities Commission.
On Jan., 27th, 2016 the Company Securities Depository Center Vietnam granted securities registration certificate No. 08/2016 / GCNCP-VSD to the number of shares registered is 2,750,000 shares.
