Ba Ria Rubber Joint Stock Company, also known as BA RIA RUBBER JOINT STOCK COMPANY, is located in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, Vietnam. It was established on November 6, 1994, under Decision No. 362/QD/TCCB/NN of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry. The company was formed by separating farms from Dong Nai Rubber Company. Initially, it managed a total area of 13,594 hectares and had over 5,000 employees. The main activities of the company include planting, exploiting, processing, and trading natural rubber latex. It later expanded its operations by establishing processing enterprises and engaging in joint ventures and associations with other units. The company also ventured into the hotel and tourism services sector. On May 1, 2004, a part of the enterprise was equitized to establish Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company. On December 24, 2009, Ba Ria Rubber Company was transformed into Ba Ria Rubber Co., Ltd., operating under the Enterprise Law. Since 2014, the company has been undergoing equitization. It has received various awards for its products, including brands and trademarks, ISO Gold Cup, Quality Gold Cup, and Green brand and environmentally friendly products. The company has also been recognized as a prestigious exporter. Throughout its operation, Ba Ria Rubber Company has been honored with labor medals and certificates of merit by the State.
