1992: The Plant was converted into Binh Dinh Water Supply Company with Decision No. 2611 / QD-UB of the People s Committee of Binh Dinh Province on December 28, 1992.
1996: The Company was converted into Binh Dinh Water Supply and Sewerage Company under Decision No. 2312 / QD-UB of the People s Committee of Binh Dinh Province on September 23, 1996.
2010: The Company was converted into Binh Dinh Water Supply and Sewerage Company Limited under Decision No. 270 / QD-UBND of People s Committee of Binh Dinh Province on July 1, 2010.
2014: The Company was transformed into Binh Dinh Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company under Decision No. 3570 / QD-QD-UBND of People s Committee of Binh Dinh Province on October 28, 2014.
