Cong Ty Co Phan Cat Loi is a tobacco packaging and auxiliary printing enterprise located in Ho Chi Minh municipality, Vietnam. It was established in 1992 as a subsidiary of Vietnam Tobacco Corporation. The company specializes in manufacturing and trading tobacco packaging and accessories for tobacco manufacturers across the country. In 2002, the company relocated to Cat Lai Industrial Park and constructed a new factory spanning an area of 40,000m2. The following year, it was equitized according to Decision 14/2003/QD-TTg issued by the Prime Minister. By the end of 2003, it officially transformed into Cat Loi Joint Stock Company, as per Decision No. 2003/184/QD-BCN from the Minister of Industry.
