In 2006: Phu Hung Securities (PHS) formerly Au Lac Securities Corporation, founded under the Business Registration Certificate No. 4103005552 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on December 15, 2006.
In 2008: The Company s head office was moved to 801 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh city on November, 2008.
In 2009: The Company received Decision No. 185/UBCK-GP date January 23, 2009, about adjusting licensing securities companies name. The Company officially renamed to Fortune Securities Corporation.
In 2010: The Company s shares were listed first at Ha Noi Stock Exchangce (HNX) on June 9, 2010 under the symbol PHS .
In 2012: Changed name to Phu Hung Securities Corporation under the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2012, date March, 27, 2012.
In 2014: Annual general Meeting of Shareholders No 03/2013/NQ-DHDCD dated December 20, 2013 resolved to accept decision of the competent authorities on delisting the Company s stock at HNX on December, 20, 2013.
2015: Move to: 4th Floor, CR3-04B, No.109 Ton Dat Tien, Tan Phu ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
2019: The Company s shares were relisted on Upcom since July 31, 2019
